The Home Inspection Process

1.

Scheduling Your Inspection

Inspections are typically setup by the buyer or the buyers realtor. To setup your home inspection call our office at or use our contact form and we will follow up promptly. If you are preparing to sell your house you may want to do an inspection before you list it. This will give a detailed picture of what may come up in an inspection and the opportunity to make any desired repairs.
2.

The Day of the Inspection

Being home for the inspection is optional. If you want to get first hand feedback from the inspector then being present will make it easy for you to see exactly what the inspector sees. When the inspector is done they will be happy to review any issues or concerns. If you arrive at the conclusion of the inspection then you can sit down with the inspector and get a clear picture of the property condition.
3.

Reviewing Your Home Inspection Report

Your inspection report will be emailed to you. It will include our detailed findings in the form of both text and pictures.
